Corner View: Morning, Noon and Night

I’m kinda winging it this time – too busy to take the theme and react on it, so I’m twisting what I have to fit the theme. And after all, it’s not like it’s not true: Top4 talks of bunnies morning, noon and night, and when I asked her what our next co-creation should be, she immediately thought of the Easter Bunny.

Here are our sketches:

Now, I can only hope we find enough time to finish the co-creation before Easter!

  1. I like your variation on the theme! Yes, kids can get their minds ‘obsessed’ on something and I think bunnies are good to ‘center’ on. Reminds me of the novel Of Mice and Men by John Steinbeck, which I teach my juniors in the spring. Lenny is a 6’4″ child in a man’s body. All he can think about is the little ranch he and George are going to buy and the rabbits that he, Lenny, will take care of. He wants George to tell him the story of their future and esp. the rabbits morning, noon, and night.

    Love the illustrations!:>)
