After a boring and stressful half day in the office, I took some time to add the above print to our Etsy shop.
I designed it a few months ago, when I came across an interview with Donald Trump, boasting what seems to be his life motto. Think Big. (Not that Donald Trump has anything to do with the letter G featuring in this print. Unless his middle name is Gerald, or Geronimo.)
Anyway, I was getting ready to tweet about the print from our Flowtops Twitter account and I thought to myself: let’s see who has tweeted something about this particular motto in the last few minutes. And what do you know: Mr Trump had!
Now, I know this is a life motto to many people, but what are the odds that I would stumble upon Mr Trump both when researching the motto for my design earlier, and when researching for my tweet today?
I suddenly felt very close to one of the big moguls of the world, and this feeling, however fleeting, saved my day.
I love synchronicity.
PS I immediately sent him a tweet of course. After all, Donald and me, we’re like two peas in a pod ;-)

The Donald lives in his own cocoon, he only ever is interactive with money I suppose. So no reply.
I think the lower-case g is dreaming of becoming a capital G. To this fellow, that would be climbing the ladder, wouldn’t it? (The next step would probably be that he, as a capital G, would strive to become an entire word. And yes, indeed, good question: What word would that be?
